I am always greeted with a smile by office staff and nurses. Be sure to have registration done before you go for appointment or you will have to do it there before checking you in for your appointment.

This was very good experience from the entry into the office, through the check up, and setting a follow up date. First class all around. Dr. Hertzig connects well with her patients. Is caring, considerate, and highly knowledgeable.

With online check-in my wait was practically non-existent. The front desk personnel were very quick, warm and at all times highly coordinated. Dr Hertzig entered my exam room almost immediately and conducted my exam interview with smooth and patient professional efficiency, answering each and every question in a non-rushed manner. What more could I ask for? Other than my tardiness, due to a highway accident (not mine) about which all were so understanding..my visit went perfectly!
