I have never felt so welcomed , loved and cared for !! Maxine is so warm and kind as is Jose. They make you feel so welcomed when you walk in the door and while you're there. Garrett is the best therapist I have ever had and I've been to many. He is so personable and very professtional. All the staff makes you feel like you're family. The center is very clean and very comfortable . I highly reccommed this facility because the staff is outstanding and it's a comfortable environment. I hated that my therapy ended because I enjoyed the staff so much. Thank you all for your help and kindness.

Insurance is confusing - collects copay when it is not part of my insurance plan and out-of-network and in network was never applied consistently. Explanation and communication process for both issues was unsatisfactory.
