We made an appointment online, it was super easy. Walked in when they told us to, sat for one minute, went back to the exam room, nurse took my vitals. One minute later, the nurse practitioner came in, very friendly, professional, demeanor, and attitude. Assessed my problem and recommended prescription, I was out in five minutes. Very positive experience. Do wish they ask you to and you can have a Positive experience as well

They thankfully had Saturday hours till 8:00 pm. They were able to tend to my situation in a timely many and able to resolve a critical issue so I could begin the healing process.

One star for the nice receptionist-she was kind and did a good job-I would give her five stars, if this review was about her. Provider was inappropriate and rude.

I actually showed up at the wrong clinic and Kecia was super awesome and went above and beyond so that I could get treated there and not have to go looking for the other clinic. Dr Pastuch was quick and professional while also taking time to hear out my questions.

Full disclosure: I'm a resident at Research, so this is an "in the family" review, but my experience at CareNow today made me proud to work for HCA. Efficient, friendly, and dare I say, FUN. It's a great crew doing great work, and I picked up a couple of things I'll be using in my own clinic. Great work!
