Great practice, from reception to surgery center, everyone is the best kind of professional .

Did emergency surgery on my hand at the hospital for cut tendons. There was a miscommunication in the beginning with the physical therapist. The doctor told me to do one thing, and the physical therapist told me to do the opposite. So I went in to an appointment without the stint on holding my 2 fingers up and he scoured me about how it's my fault that my fingers wouldn't go all the way up because of that. Then he walked out of the room, and they refused to fix it and ended all communication, calling me and telling me that they could no longer work with me due to "insurance reasons". So now I have 2 fingers that will never work fully again due to his attitude.

Dr Bornick is a wonderful professional, experienced, realistic, his work ethic is outstanding, if you want be and feel in good hands, he is the best choice. He did my first procedure 15 years ago and I couldn’t pick a better Dr.

One year post surgery, I am happy with the results. I only saw Dr. Bortnick twice, once at the initial appointment and right before I went into surgery. All other appointments were handled by PAs. The surgery experience was great at the outpatient facility.

I appreciate this doctor and his staff so much. They are always kind, attentive and knowledgeable. He will speak to you honestly and not encourage you to do something that he knows will not look natural. You can’t say that about some of the L.A. doctors. Dr. Bortnick has a real eye for what is going to work.
