The pain management center was terrible for me and I reviewed that already but this 1 star is about how they bill. Literally 10 days after I got the bill after a dispute of charges it went to collections. I then set up payment plan but I have to go online every month to pay. No way to AC and their AR department is not very cooperative in dealings.

Health care professionals were fine. The administrators were rude and try to force the highest prepayment they can out of you before they will allow you to be admitted. I felt like I was buying a car from a sleazy car dealership.

Preop and Surgery went great I had to stay 5 nights and I cant say enough about the nursing and Tech staff. Claire Emily Shirley Jo Jasmine all went above and beyond call of duty. One nurse stayed 45 minutes after shift to assist with one of my procedures. The housekeeping staff Saline was very very helpful. The Menorah Cafeteria staff was always attentive and professional. They were always helpful bringing food to room and helping me get situated.

The tech was great during my mammogram but always before they would have you wait while a dr. looked at the slides to tell if ok or not or if anything needed to be redone. This time just said I would get a letter with results so had to wait a week to find out. Not liking that.

I had an easy very nonstressful visit the other day at MMC of OP. From the greeter to the technician who treated me I was handled with kindness and respect...even though I was their last patient for the day MRE OP KS

My first mammogram experience was a walk in the park. I felt very well cared for and the staff were very knowledgeable. I worked with Steph the registrar who answered my questions on insurance coverage and Renee the ultrasound tech was professional and made my experience pain and stress free I will be back next year for sure

I had a heart stress done. The staff was very nice and informative. I would recommend them for you. Also the guy that greets you and helps you get checked in was awesome
