Olivia was so professional!!! What a great welcoming experience. I did the cryotherapy and hip compression, I will try the leg compression. My results were promising, my tight hips were feeling a bit better, no ibuprofen last night. I joined immediately the membership plan. 8 sessions per month . Best experience I have had in a very long time!! Thank you “ In the Zone”

My daughter was in town training for Karate Nationals and hurt her upper back. We went straight to In The Zone Cryo and they got us right in. My daughter had so much relief after the cryo treatment. Staff was absolutely amazing. We will be sure to visit whenever in town for training!!

Dave and his team are exceptional. They know a lot about fitness, health, muscles and joints. The Cryo chamber has helped my low back pain and is always an immediate mental boost. It’s only 3 minutes and they talk to you the whole time so it goes by quickly. And you burn calories after! They are equipped with many things in addition to Cryo (infrared sauna, compression therapy, etc) and I highly recommend for all sports teams (in town and out of town— they have flexible scheduling and Dave will get your players in) and for anyone of any age trying to be fit and healthy, mentally and physically.

The whole staff was very helpful and welcoming. They were able to accommodate my daughter's whole soccer team for an afternoon of recovery and team bonding. Would highly recommend!

This place will leave you with a WOW! feeling! I came across one of their specials on FB and purchased their Instasculpt package. David (the owner) was accommodating with my scheduling needs and so warm and welcoming throughout all our communications and my visit. My Instasculpt Technician, Ayda is phenomenal! She took the time to listen to my areas of concern and answered my questions in depth and was so friendly and inviting! As far as my results: My measurements before and after revealed I lost 1/2 inch and I 100% feel and see the difference. The procedure was comfortable and I didn't feel any pain or discomfort during the procedure. It's been 24hrs now and I do feel the soreness that Ayda had explained to me that I would be feeling, but that's it. I highly recommend In the Zone Cryo to anyone looking into their services!

I started cryo at In the Zone about eight weeks ago, to address inflammation from excess training. I’m very skeptical when starting something new. About two weeks in I noticed a significant improvement with my body aches and recovery time. David and his team are fantastic and my 🐶 Charlie loves visiting the office mascot Jimi 🐶.
