Neither Dr. Greenwood nor St. Luke’s Pulmonary informed me when I was referred to them that Dr. Greenwood was leaving the practice near term or that he was going to be treating COVID patients in the hospital and would be unavailable to existing patients. Although he indicated in the initial visit that he believed I have a progressive lung disease, he has not bothered to even review the lab tests he ordered or provide an interpretation of the results of the tests in 10 days. Nor is he or any other doctor in the practice available for a consultation at this time.

Dr. Greenwood is excellent with my mother, who is elderly. He is patient, kind, and has an excellent way of explaining in a manner that the elderly can grasp. He is thorough in the assessment and evaluation. He continues to look for options when first line of defense treatments fail to provide improvement.
