Dismissed my concerns While Dr. Alley was friendly during my appointment, he seemed in a rush me in and out of my appointment. After 5-minutes of explaining away the need for a surgery, he tried to shake my hand to end the appointment. When I insisted on talking further about what was going on, he dismissed my concerns and my symptoms. When I asked what else could be explaining my symptoms, what could be going on, and what I needed to try, he gave a vague 'sometimes we get caught in a cycle.' I felt so defeated and dismissed and left without any answers or hope for improvement of my symptoms.

First surgery ever in my life at 32, Made me feel at ease wonderful staff and wonderful man, Funny which is a big plus in my book and after the surgery I felt immediately so much better, Thank you John you saved my life and will be my surgeon and my families going forward!

Disappointed with Dr. Alley's follow up after procedure. No instructions given on caring for wounds. His nurse took forever to follow up on voicemails. And my concerns never addressed regarding my wound leaking and some discomfort.

Amazing bedside manner. He was our second opinion and very glad we chose him. He wanted to do it right even when other dr wanted to skip steps. Got us in within a week due to our holiday plans. Great results. Overall five stars.
