Landmark answered my call on Sunday evening, and were able to come see my mom in her home the next morning. (They would have come on Sunday night if needed.) Very professional and super helpful to have a house call. Highly recommend.

It was not what we expected. I know we did not call when each fall occurred, but apparently we should call during office hours to get an xray done and then there is additional copays for xray in the home. We weren't informed of that initially. From now on, I might as well go to my primary's office.

I've had two home visits with Nurse Practitioner Ruji and my latest visit was over the phone due to her having covid, but all my visits have been pleasant experiences. I've only needed her to check my lungs and sinuses out once and she ordered me some antibiotics with no problems. She did tell me that I would be getting a new nurse due to her being moved to another area, so I hope any visits with the new nurse will be just as pleasant and helpful as my experiences with Nurse Practitioner Ruji.I've had two home visits with Nurse Practitioner Ruji and my latest visit was over the phone due to her having covid, but all my visits have been pleasant experiences. The nurse practitioner was very reassuring. My blood sugar went down. At 3 am it was down to 111. She had the office check back this morning. Thanks to both of them

Wonderful experience I hate going going to urgent cares for the emergency rfor the emergency room and she came to me it's aimed to me treated me with the most respect and was able to take care of business and just you're a business and just a matter of a few minutes.
