This program has taught my partner and I how unhealthy we were living. Since joining we have been losing weight and gaining health together. Sheila is great and has been so knowledgeable about our health journey. I truly truly recommend the MRC in Overland Park for a great experience.

I am down 49 lbs. I NEVER thought I could lose this. I want to let you know I did this without the ability to exercise. I had 3 sedated back procedures, 2 back surgeries, 2 hand surgeries, and 7 foot injections. It works. The staff are consistent, kind, and encouraging. They are able to explain the rationales for why you will do what you do, and this makes it relevant. Don’t wait another day!! Trust the process.

I can honestly say the staff here is amazing. I work with great coaches... I know because we all work hard to hold each other accountable! I may not always hear what I want, but it is what is needed to get through the challenging times- if no one tells you what you can change to get you closer to your goal, how are you to get there? All is done from a place of genuinely caring for those who walk through the doors!
