List of MIchael Haag's Reviews
Do not commit to services from Michael. After reading two separate reviews of patients reporting that he told them to "shut up", my suspicions about him are confirmed. This doctor is aggressive. Stay away from a doctor who clearly needs therapy.
They were kind enough to work me in for a last minute appointment. Dr Haag was straightforward, informative and professional. Analyzed issue and made recommendation and provided go forward action plan. Thanks for the great care.
Dr. Haag is always very professional and knowledgeable. He is able to discuss any skin condition with you so that you understand.
I was concerned about a skin issue as I previously had melanoma. Dr. Haag's office got me in the next morning.
Easy in, great care, explained well.
When he came in, he did not say hello but addressed the nurse and asked about me as if I wasn’t there. Then he turned and asked me what my concern was, clipped and disinterested, and as if he hadn’t reviewed my reason for being there. Then he waxed on for awhile about the mystery and facts of the condition. Then he searched on his phone for several minutes to find a picture of the lip balm he’d recommend (…I’d already pulled it up on my phone but he insisted). Then once he showed me, he abruptly said goodbye and walked out. It was so bewildering. I turned to the nurse to ask about the second issue I’d come in to see him for, and she anxiously told me I’d need to make another appointment, since he’d already left. It was one of the worst doctors visits I’ve ever had. I got the feeling he’s interested in the science of his profession but not in the care of his patients.
He has been taking care of my skin for years. I am very fair skinned and prone to skin cancer. Dr. Haag has taken great care with all of my skin cancer issues promptly and effectively.
My experience with Dr Haag and the office staff was very positive. I was visiting from out of town and got concerned about a bump on my arm. I initially thought it was a pimple. But after weeks did not go away. And because of my history with many types of skin cancer, I became concerned. The office did not dismiss my concerns, but instead got me right in. Dr Haag walked in and diagnosed as squamos cell. He took a biopsy and explained the procedure as he went along. He was extremely precise with his explanation and instructions for me. I found him to be professional and trust worthy. He gets right down to business, which I appreciated. His nurse assistant Paola was also great. Very professional.
Dr. Haag is very professional and I rely reassured by his knowledge and deft attention to my dermatological concerns. I certainly recommend him.
Dr Haag has been my dermatologist for 13+ years now. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Would not go anywhere else!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
