Dr Soliman did an excellent job with my Hiatal Hernia surgery! Wish I had done it sooner. I would highly recommend him if you are told you need this procedure!

Dr. Soliman was absolutely amazing from first visit to surgery date. He made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. The nurses within his office and the outpatient surgery center were also outstanding. My issue unfortunately is with the front office. When I arrived for my new patient appointment, I was told my insurance is out of network. Frustrating but not a huge issue. He came highly recommended so I paid the cash patient fee for a new patient visit. I spent less than 20 minutes in the room and all he did was touch my hernia and say yes it needs repaired and scheduling will call you. Surgery day came and went and I still have no complaints with the care I received. Fast forward one month, I’ve paid well over $1500 for surgery, i receive a bill from the office. I call to explain what was discussed at my visit and the lady at the front blames the doctor for “coding the visit differently than what she told me”. I don’t know how he would have coded my visit as anything more than $256, as this was already a steep price for this 20 minute visit to the office. While I still recommend the doctor, I’m not quite sure on the ethical side of things. I’d be cautious and be sure to get everything in writing when it comes to what you are paying to this office. I would have liked to follow up with him as I do have a few concerns post op, but I’m wary of being charged even more for going back to this office. Proceed with caution, especially if you are a self pay patient.

Great staff! Upon meeting Dr. Soliman for the first time my husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. After our visit I felt comfortable with the up-coming surgery.

I had surgery on December 13th, 2024. He really failed at providing "wrap around" care for me. He did not prepare me for the level of pain I had after this surgery. He let me go back to work too soon and I was miserable. He really dowplayed the aftercare and the healing process. Make sure you take 2 weeks off with surgery. And there was no one to talk to after surgery. No one! I have had lots of surgeries and this was not a good experience merely becuase of the lack of communication and care provided. I didn't know if something was really wrong or if this was normal. He may be a good surgeon but what he does on the table is only part of the healthcare he should have provided.
