I wouldn’t recommend PT solutions at the Chatsworth, ga location. The manager likes to sit behind his computer and not do anything. He relies on his aides to take care of his patients. When 1:1 supposed to be done only by a therapist bc of insurance reasons he still lets the aides do it. If you want quality care not a therapist that cares about his bonuses more than his patients I would definately go to a different pt solution clinic, such as Dalton they give individualized plans for each patient not basic plans for each patient that Chatsworth does.

Katie at the Lee's Summit office has been so helpful! My back and neck problems get in the way of living a normal life and she is teaching helpful techniques to get me back on track physically.

Excellent staff at the facility in South Overland Park near Bluhawk Sports Center. Completed physical therapy (pre and post op) for a torn rotator cuff. Therapists were highly knowledgeable and able to pinpoint areas of focus. Feel that I am back to 100%. Highly recommended!

I had such a wonderful experience at PT Solutions in Chatsworth, Ga. I have recommended them to my friends. The staff is always friendly, helpful and kind. I seen Andrea the most she was always kind, friendly and always cleaning something. Wish I had half the energy and motivation she has! Evan and Hannah also stood out to me. The staff were very knowledgeable and helped me so much! I know I will have to have therapy again after I have surgery and looking forward to seeing them.

I've been going to the one in bakersfield California for my shoulder at first my shoulder I couldn't sleep on it and now it feels so good their done with my shoulder and I requested for them to do my lower back these members of pt solution in bakersfield California on trust on ave are friendly polite and funny they make the visit less stressful I will recommend pt solution to my friends an everyone who ask me where did I go 🙂 Thank you Greta Grisham

I highly recommend PT Solutions. I was experiencing knee pain that was hampering my walking significantly. Joe Straws has done an outstanding job of getting me back in walking shape.

The staff at the PT Solutions Vinings location were terrific. Working with the billing department has been a nightmare. Before you start any services, be sure to ask very specifically what you will be charged. Two one hour sessions cost me $1900! And requesting information from the billing department has also been very difficult. When I called yesterday to ask questions about my bill, there were 31 people on hold ahead of me! This company is too difficult to work with - keep searching for a better PT provider.

Jared was great with our 5 year old who was having trouble extending his arm fully after having it in a cast. He made the sessions fun by creating obstacle courses or having races. Our son looked forward to PT every week!
