About 11 yrs ago I had surgery on my back from a car accident. Then I was in an accident again in 2015 and had to have another back surgery which was alot worse. But the surgery that Dr Beatty did was 100% intact

Dr. Beatty and his staff have been hard working "All hands on deck" trying to fix my fat head lol 😆 😂 🤣... I appreciate all his hard work...Nobody wants to have brain 🧠 surgery however if you just gotta have your head operated on, Dr. Beatty is a great one...God Bless him and his team...Thanks DocVirginia

Very disappointed in attempting to obtain an appointment with Dr. Beatty; I'm looking for a second opinion on back surgery for Spinal Stenosis, had an MRI in Jan. '20 - was informed I need an MRI 6 months or less to be seen by Dr. Beatty, which I'm okay with and will/would get one; however, his office would not get me scheduled for the MRI, not their policy...this is very inconvenient from my position and is no longer worth my time to see Dr. Beatty, I'll look elsewhere for my second opinion.

I have degenerative spinal stenosis with multiple complicated artery and nerve issues. Dr. Beatty has performed four successful surgeries on me and I am eternally grateful for his genuine concern, care, expertise, skill and the time he takes to explain everything in detail. I have full use of, and feeling in, my legs and arms again, all due to Dr. Beatty. In my opinion, and many other former patients I've spoken with, Dr. Beatty is the best neurosurgeon in Kansas City hands down. Ariel, his nurse, is also wonderful. She is above and beyond helpful and caring. I can't thank them both enough or recommend them more highly.

I was referred to Dr. Beatty by my personal physician. My son, a licensed veterinarian, attended my appointment with me as a second set of ears. We were both impressed by Dr. Beatty's immediate grasp of the situation upon viewing the MRI I brought and interviewing me as to where the nerve pain was located. He then double checked the MRI, then explained to me in layman's terms what he deduced and what procedure he would do. I am now a week out from my surgery. He was absolutely on the mark. My back is healing steadily. His office is very efficient. A patient is given a nurse to call with any further questions or problems right up to the lab work and surgery. His staff is pleasant and helpful. I even received a note from the OR team. I am so pleased.

Dr. Beatty is fantastic. He listens to you and then explains things in terms you can understand. He even draws pictures as to the surgical plan. He has operated on me twice and everything worked out as planned. I would recommend him and his staff any time you need a neurosurgeon.
