Admitting staff, preoperative and postoperative nurses, anesthesia nurse and doctor and G.I. doctor and procedure nurses were, to a person, professional, personable, compassionate and very attentive to my needs. I so appreciate their efforts in making what could have been an unpleasant procedure extremely tolerable. My thanks to all involved!

I had emergency surgery and from the very beginning, checking in the ER, to the moment I walked out of the door, I didn’t have one bad experience. All of the nurses/doctors I had contact with were beyond helpful, nice, and informative. I honestly can say I have never had a better experience at a hospital.

The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable! They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. After my procedure I woke up to smiling faces and that made me feel like I was in the best of care.

Although the ER was extremely busy I received timely and excellent care. I arrived with a broken arm and in a lot of pain. Within 10 minutes. Dr. Chapman came out to take me back. Sitting me in a hallway chair Dr. Chapman examed my arm. Ordered vitals, tetanus shot and pain meds. He apologized for not being able to take care of my arm immediately. He tried to make me comfortable as I waited by controlling my pain. X-rays, consultation and a wrist reduction was performed as soon as they could.Everyone was pleasant, professional and kind.I followed up the next day and have already had surgery to repair my arm.
