I had an echocardiogram and a PET scan at Menorah Medical Center on 11/17/2021. I completed the pre-registration and it was very clear and easy to complete which made my check-in very easy. The staff doing both tests were courteous, considerate and professional and I was very pleased with the experience.

A knee replacement is scary. The Menorah Team prepped me well for expectations and post-op went just as well. I felt the entire team was a blessing and helped expedite my release and recovery. Thank you.

Heather, my ultrasound tech, was AMAZING!!! Thank you SO MUCH for making this situation not only bearable but also a delight. You didn't just explain things to me but you cared for and engaged me the entire time. Sincerely, you are one of the most thorough, competent, and compassionate health professionals that I have EVER encountered. And being in healthcare, I should know!

Not impressed. Our 24 y/o daughter recently went there in the middle of the night with a very swollen leg and severe chest pains, and difficulty breathing. They told her she had a touch of pneumonia and sent her on her way with a z-pack. After the 2nd leg swelled up we made a trip to our family doctor who immediately knew otherwise and ordered an ultrasound. Turns out she was having an acute pulmonary embolism the night she went in, along with 2 blood clots in one leg and a large blood clot in the other leg. Can't understand why no one there would have decided to ignore the swollen leg! The idea that perhaps the two were connected should have definitely been a primary concern for any trained medical professional.

The pain management center was terrible for me and I reviewed that already, but this 1 star is about how they bill. Literally 10 days after I got the bill; after a dispute of charges; it went to collections. I then set up payment plan, but I have to go online every month to pay. No way to AC and their AR department is not very cooperative in dealings.
