Sheba Khalid's Online Review Report Card

I've been with her for 25 years, and am so grateful for her help. I partially owe my successful completion of grad school to her. I likely wouldn't be a professor without the help she extended to me. I couldn't have maintained my relationships quite as well without her. In all honesty, I would have likely died two decades ago without her help. The words thank you don't really do proper justice for what she's helped me through in life.

I don't know where I would be without her. She listens and has helped me for numerous years and enabled me to deal with life and improve my mental state. She would be worth a larger Co-payment from me, and I would gladly pay it to be able to keep seeing her. Thank you for your patience with me through the years. I know I am not the easiest person to deal with, sorry.

Been seeing Dr. Khalid nearly 2 decades now. She’s gotten busier over the years with more patients, and costs what she does bc of her expertise and high demand, which is understandable for any good Dr practicing that long. She's close to retirement age now, so she also cut back her hours, and is scheduling out at least 3 months. Posting this to explain some other bad reviews about that specific topic, and to clear the air about her actual service - which is excellent. She is on the national board of psychiatry as well, extremely knowledgable, and truly listens to help once a repoir is established initially. She's saved my life in more ways than she'll ever know. Thank you Dr. Khalid!

I had been a patient for years when I fell on hard times and could no longer afford to see her. When I got back to a place I could afford, they made me pay 200.00 before my appt. I was called back and she spent less than 5 min. With me and told me I should probably go somewhere else! Wow, just wow!!!👎👎👎👎

I visited Dr. Khalid years ago for depression, and she was kind, thoughtful, had great advice and picked the perfect antidepressant for me. She saved me during a very hard time, and I'll always be grateful.

Dr. Khalid is still amazing and her staff has gotten a whole lot better. Good service all around. Thank you.

I can't believe how this place is still around. I called based off friend and insurance recommendation. I needed medications based off my PCM, but they are medications she couldn't give me. When I called, I left a message after a 5 minute voicemail. Then, when they called me back, the staff told me that I needed to try another place because they were scheduling into May. I got the other practice's information but asked to schedule for a May appointment because I was referred here. The lady I spoke to told me she wouldn't schedule me until I had called another doctors office and called back saying that they didn't have earlier time slots. First of all, how is this helping someone who is struggling with mental health issues?? You are just pushing them away and not helping. Thank goodness I was able to get into the other practice but this practice WILL NOT get a good recommendation from me, EVER, nor will they see a penny of my money. Ridiculous, honestly. The scheduler needs to be talked to about how to handle these situations and actually help instead of pawning people off to others.

I was surprised to see negative comments about Dr Sheba Khalid. My husband went to her for 10 years after diagnosed with a terminal liver disease. She brought him out of a depression. Kept him stable. When I took him for a liver transplant the docs there took him off all meds to make his liver last as long as possible but it threw him into a depressive mode. He cried and told me he just couldn’t take all the negatives happening to him. I had never seen him cry before. I called her from Nebraska and asked for her help. She stood up against an entire team of surgeons and put my husband back on his anti depression meds. That takes guts!! Plus those surgeons didn’t challenge her or me after that. It was a quality of life issue. She understood that. Those were great surgeons no doubt think they were more interested in the big bucks that a transplant brings and she was more interested in the well being of her patient.
