I am so happy that I was introduced to the Slim4Life program. I love that yhis program uses loosing normal foods that I buy and prepare myself. I have tried another popular group meeting weight loss program three times in the past. I was never able to lose more than 10 lbs. I have lost 60 lbs in 8 1/2 months with the Slim4Life program. I have more to lose and feel confident that I will continue to loose the desired weight. I love working with the counselors at the Overland Park location! Jennifer, Charly, and Lisa are very helpful and continue to teach and educate me about weight loss. The only regret I have is that I did not find this program many years ago. If you are looking for a weight loss program to help you learn to eat better for a lifetime, this is the program!

The staff has been very helpful in providing a diet plan. They also assist in planning how to meet any particular events one participates in with plans and options for succeeding in a weight loss program. They are encouraging and helpful in monitoring progress and working with you to achieve your goals.

I went in for a consultation today. I was blown away at how rude the staff from the beginning. I was left on the couch for 10 minutes while the manager went outside for a cigarette. Then I was lucky enough to be trapped in a office with her for 30 minutes listening to the sales pitch and smelling the cigarette smoke. She asked me highly inappropriate and very personal questions. She was out right annoyed when I refused to answer, insinuating that is why I was fat. I asked a couple times what the price was but was told that wouldn't come until the end of the sales pitch. It was a good thing I was sitting down when she told me the cost would be almost $3,000. She seemingly pulled that number out of thin air. I guess if you want smoke in mirrors, to be treated rudely and lose a lot of money this is your place! I feel lucky now to have only lost an hour of my time.

The Southlake location has been a tremendous help for me. The Staff is very professional and always encouraging me in the process. I highly recommend this location if you are looking to start the program!

Jennifer in the Overland Park office was very helpful in getting me signed up with an appointment to come in a discuss a diet plan for myself as a Vegetarian. Very Personable and Polite! Customer Service Skills 10+

My cardiologist didn't think I should be taking the supplements given. Staff kept insisting they were safe and seemed to think they knew better than my cardiologist. I wasn't offered a refund or any type of compensation for all the money I spent on them. They also gave me a diet plan that made me feel terrible. They pick what they think is best for you instead of going over the plans and letting you decide what you feel you can handle. Once they got my money, that's all that mattered.

First time walking in and immediately didn't feel welcome from the comments from staff. I would love to even have a chance at this but I decided to leave due to how hostile the front desk woman was. I'll find another method of weight lose else where. If I'm coming in the spend money on YOUR product, try being nicer to your customers.
