Every single person I interacted with- AMAZING. I have never been to a facility where every one was so nice, and friendly. Each person had a conversation with me and talked to me like I was a person, and not just another number, or someone they wanted to rush out of there. Unfortunately, I can only remember a few names (I'm so sorry!) They also told me to try Panchos across the street and it was the best suggestion! But I want to thank everyone for taking such great care of me, and informing my husband every step of the way of my progress. The last gentleman who stayed with me during the post op was HILARIOUS. Thank you guys!

Everyone here was wonderful from the front desk staff to the nurses, my anesthesiologist team and of course my doctor Jason Anderson DPM! The nurses who I remember are Dana who got me ready for surgery and Mike who was my post op nurse.

They called to cancel less than 24 hours before my scheduled surgery. They said their medical director had reviewed my chart “when he had a minute” and determined procedure should be done in hospital. I have no problem with the decision. I have a big problem with waiting till afternoon before surgery to contact me after time had been taken off work and schedules were adjusted. They had my chart for nearly 3 weeks. No way to treat people.

Wow, what a great place to have your surgery! The entire staff was very professional while remaining super friendly. Really made me feel at ease while they took great care of me.

This facility told me my insurance preauthorized my procedure for 100% coverage. After the procedure I was given a $300 bill. Instead of addressing my concerns I was hung up on and sent to collections. I've contacted the office SEVERAL times and nobody will return my call or answer my questions. I'm blatantly being scammed by this place.

I have been in the office since 6 am and it is now almost 1 pm. The ladies in this office were so good to me while I have been waiting. Constant checking in with me for small updates. They even served me lunch from Panera. I feel loved and cared for during this stressful time of waiting!!! Everyone has gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. Thank you All!!

This organization is NOT accommodating to the Autism Community. The staff is inflexible when it comes to individuals with Sensory Processing Disorders and will NOT make accommodations despite what the website says. The staff is also full of cowards who called the doctor's office that name the referral rather than me to let me know the center cancelled my son's surgery because of the issue above.
