Thomas Faerber's Online Review Report Card

Over the past 10+ years I've had six implants placed by Dr. Faerber.  A couple involved nasty extractions of an infected tooth.  These are expensive and complicated procedures with potential disastrous issues if they go wrong.  I would not go anywhere else.  The office is staffed by a well-organized group of professionals.  I did show up ONCE for an appointment (just a follow-up) and they didn't have it on the record but that's once in 10+ years.  Dr. Faerber also works very well with my regular dentist.  Highly recommended.

Would never recommend him for anything. His work is shoddy and very unprofessional.

Excellent care given to my sun in his wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Faerber and staff made the procedure quick and relatively pain free. My son’s recovery was fast and easy with no swelling. I will definitely use Dr. Faerber for my other two children’s wisdom teeth removal.

My wife works during the day and was not told that She would have to be with my daughter for her appointment at the time She scheduled. The day of She wanted to send her with her grandmother and was told grandparents could not take her. I was off work and wanted to take her and they said no to that as well since I’m her step dad. So my wife had to take the afternoon off last minute to take her. They could have told her that when She scheduled to avoid the hassle.They waited 55 mins to be seen by the assistant and never saw the doctor. Appt was at 12:45. They arrived at 12:47. A woman came in after them with an appointment for 1:30 and was seen before them and only waited 15 mins. She finished her appt before they were even called back. They got called back at 1:40.When they finally got called back the assistant explained that it was going to cost $425 out of pocket for a mandatory CT scan that insurance would not cover. Again, this needed to be told to us up front as we have never been charged for this out of pocket by any other specialists given the cost of service we end up receiving. Given this My wife and daughter left an hour after we arrived without seeing the doctor.Absolutely terrible experience and customer service. Very unprofessional and lacking in transparency and communication. They were very adamant about my wife taking her herself, yet negligent in communicating fees or seeing us in a timely manner.Awful experience from a place that we had high expectations for.

Friendly, professional, and caring. I will not go to any other oral surgeon besides Dr. Faerber. I had a bad time under anesthesia and he made the call to wrap up my surgery prematurely so that I could make it safely out. Although it sucks I have to take care of some health things before I can successfully complete my procedure—the way he and his staff handled the situation during and after gained my respect and my business. 10/10

Dr. Faerber and the entire staff were very friendly and informative. It was a QUICK and easy process - not how you'd expect a dental procedure to go. I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Faerber is an excellent surgeon. My dental implant procedure and subsequent visits were all done well and in a timely manner. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family for their oral surgery needs. The staff is friendly and professional. Great experience!
