Tracy Nauser is a stain on the medical community. Her office is ran like a used car dealership. They treat you like a second class citizen for utilizing their services. Horrible experience. Awful people

One star is not low enough for this TERRIBLE provider. We scheduled an appt paid the $150 fee and they refused to see us because two lines on the last page of the consent form were blurred. We were not given an opporunity to add to the form, our appointment was cancelled and we were told they were keeping our money. In 1 word: UNPROFESSIONAL! During my health history, the nurse asked me 3x if I was a female! It was insulting & awkward and the "inclusion" attempt failed miserably. Next, a MALE doc enters my room saying he's going to examine me since Dr. Nauser is behind on time, which is NOT ok! Not who I scheduled with nor who I want up-close and personal down there. So I waites even longer for Dr. Nauser. Dr. Nauser finally comes in arrogant and condescending. No greeting or small talk. She didn't take my concerns seriously. She rolled her eyes and cut me off while talking, made me feel uncomfortable exposing my body to her during the ROUGH exam, like she was judging me. I will never EVER be back to see Dr. Nauser. I can't even image her delivering someone's baby. She'd probably yank it out and chuck it across the room while laughing at you in pain! She may want to retire soon because she is a horrible doctor. Maybe I should've went with the male doctor afterall...

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Nauser and her entire staff. From the woman who schedules appointments to the nurses to the doctor herself. Everyone was great. I had an average wait time and found the waiting room and exam room to be incredibly clean. Dr. Nauser is hilarious, she’s real and I find women like her to make the best doctors. Very happy to have found her and her practice. Definitely worth the drive, as she’s in the next state over.

Horrible!

She swears like a sailer & is so unprofessional. Almost always behind on appointments (30-hour waits). Seems as if she is bothered when talking to her.

When I arrived for my annual exam, I waited over an hour and 45 minutes before going to the front desk and letting them know that I would have to reschedule since I needed to get back to work. The lady at the front informed me they were running behind. Wish they would have told me that when I got there. In any event, I rescheduled for a morning appointment thinking I would beat the delay. I sat in the exam room for 2 hours before getting dressed and leaving again.....no exam. HORRIBLE!

She's the best! I had a very concerning issue, she called me herself to get in to see her immediately!

I thought I'd rated Dr Nauser earlier but I guess not. I should have though because she is one of the best people on this planet. I met her when our first baby was diagnosed with trisomy 18. That baby passed away at 15 weeks. Dr Nauser performed my D&E with the sense of humor, directness, information I needed. After that, I decided she was my obgyn. Last year she delivered our healthy baby boy and my birthing experience was seriously perfect. I drive almost an hour to see her and I'd drive two if i had to. Her staff are also top notch.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nauser for 7 years. She has always been very caring and helpful when I had questions and concerns. She is compassionate and takes her time with you to make sure you understand what she is saying. Her staff is awesome as well. Cindy, Patti, Colleen and Natalie are awesome. Thank you for being the best!
