Very knowledgeable and professional

Dr. Narciso is wonderful. My surgery went well and I was back to work in a short amount of time. My only complaint is the office was kept much too hot. Thermostat read 77 when I was there.

Been going here a couple years seen both doctors love them both very good doctors staff is very friendly and helpful. If there is any problems they take care of it, they are both very thorough and great doctors to have I recommend them to anybody that needs a surgeon.

Surgeons really should not try to sell a patient elective, cash pay procedures when the patient is there for an insurance-covered procedure! Surgeons should also know correct postop instructions for medications, or know enough to refer the patient back to the prescribing physician! Surgeons should do same day surgical procedures at facilities that are used to providing that type of care! Worst surgical experience I have ever had (this was my 5th surgery). As my hernia appears to be returning I will be looking for a different surgeon.

Dr is great at the job at hand but you don't see him much afterwards, instead you deal with his nurse in which if you need anything more then (protocol) as she says the outcome may be extremely difficult. I had a huge surgery due to my past and scar tissue but again the doctor did a great job the issue came when I asked for more time to recover I was told that's alot of paperwork and if I needed any extra time I needed to ask another doctor like my primary care or my "pain management " she said it's not protocol pretty much what she says goes even without consulting with Dr or at least not that I know of. I ended up losing 2 weeks pay and returning to my work before I was ready felt embarrassed trying ask them for anything more ended up hanging up the phone. I would not recommend dealing with them unless it's a last choice this post does no justice of how I felt helpless begging for an extended recovery. 38 staples in my stomach they gave me 7 weeks said I was lucky for that much. This post is in no way directed at Casey if I could of only talked with her this post would not be necessary directed at the LPN.

Dr. Narciso came as a referral from my primary physician. I needed a hernia repair from a feeding tube I had from years ago. Immediately the first step is some testing. I had a scan of my belly and a swallow test. Next they wanted me to have a scope. This is where things went downhill. I spoke to his nurse who is his assistant about the fact I had a scope done November 2020 and showed I did not have a hiatal hernia. She argued with me that I had not had that in 2020 it was 2019. They had my records it was 2020. She was very rude and although she is a nurse and the Dr. assistant she could not give me results of my previous tests. Later that day another nurse called me about my test results. The scan showed the hernia I needed repaired, the other came out fine. She then informed me I had to have the scope done to move forward. She to became very difficult to speak with. She told me that everyone who suffers from acid reflux has a hiatal hernia. This is flat out false information! That was the end of the conversation. The next few weeks I was at a loss as to what to do next. I had already spent $1100 out of pocket for the tests so I decided to go forward and have my hernia repaired. I sat an appointment to see the Dr. about the surgery. I received a call back that the appointment would be called my pre-op appointment. Dr came in let me know there would be no hiatal hernia surgery(exactly what I wanted to hear). He discussed quickly how the surgery would go, on my left side there would be 2 incisions and 1 on my right side to do the mesh. I had the surgery woke up and had all 3 incisions on my right side. No explanation why. Dr. Narciso’s job was done, I would not see him again. My follow up from surgery was with a nurse who really was wonderful. I had developed a rash around the incisions. She seemed concerned and went to get the Dr to look it over. He never came to check it but made the decision it was a result of an allergy. My experience with his group was very disappointing. As soon as I said repair the hernia I have, my treatment by him and nurses became negative. They wanted to do 2 surgeries not 1. It has been 5 weeks and still in a lot of pain but I still do not have a hiatal hernia. Be cautious if you go through this group.
