I am only reviewing Jenna King as she has helped me though a horrible melanoma…..the surgery on my ankle was huge. She has been such a support to me, not only as a medical professional but as a friend. I hope she never leaves as good medical help, with a heart, who are willing to call you or email you back are hard to find. I love her and hope she never leaves!!!! Thank you Jenna. You are my rock.

Lindsay always does a phenomenal job. She is super knowledgable and is super passionate about what she does. She is great at giving product recommendations and always knows what is best for your skin!

I scheduled a couples massage for me and my wife with a gift card I was given by my parents. Upon scheduling the appointment, I reiterated that I would only like to use the gift card. I thought that was understood, when I made it there a week later on the appointment date, I gave the gift card, they took it, took us back to get the massages, then as I was LEAVING I was informed that the gift card did not cover the entire cost. Resolved and upped to 3 stars for them making it “right”: What happened was the receptionist who made my schedule, put me down for an hour, when all I “wanted” was 30 minutes that my certificate covered. They waived the “extra” cost, and then apologized for me not getting the “full feeling” service. (Robes/accessories).

Harley took great care of us today! Love the creative decor and the relaxing feel you get immediately upon entering the spa! We got the foot detox and had a great view of the lake during our session!

Dr Youtsos was extremely thorough as she answered all of my questions - I've never seen a doctor go so above and beyond for her patients! Her passion for her craft is apparent and I'm grateful to have found such a dedicated, knowledgeable dermatology expert locally.

We went for a couples massage, great atmosphere, and we felt very well taken care of!

The first visit was ok, polite staff. I didn't really learn anything new, there was talk of allergy testing if my issue came back. Came back later that day, got me right in. No allergy test was done, another talk of possibly doing it. Prescribed me medications but didn't call them in, so had to go all weekend in discomfort.. I had no way of getting ahold of them, and the one person I talked to wasn't helpful. Not very happy at all!!!! If I am paying 40 bucks for each office visit and being in major pain and discomfort, I expected more.

Honestly had the most disheartening experience I've ever had at a professional business. I cam prepared to my appointment and very excited to see a dermatologist that may be able to give me some answers. The entire 5-10 minutes the dr saw me, she spent more time talking about "how ready she was for the day to be over" than talking about any of my concerns. Any time I had tried to talk or speak, I was talked over. The front desk was kind, but very unorganized. There was no talk of insurance or any financial information about my visit at all. In my visit, I mentioned two concerns and left completely unacknowledged and my questions unanswered. I was very excited going into this appointment and left very disappointed and feeling very disrespected. The dr made it seem rushed and made it very clear that she was ready for her day to be over. Needless to say, I will be finding another dermatologist elsewhere.

I'm a patient of Dr. Youtsos and a spa client at her adjoining spa, and can't say enough good things about either! The staff is so compassionate and personable, the space is gorgeous, and the location is fabulous - It's such a blessing to have this beautiful facility right here in Southeast Kansas! ReNu spa is my go-to when I need a place to unwind, and I also love gifting spa packages to family and friends. If I could give 6 stars, I would!!!
