Total Joke.
From desk to nurse to doctor they were alright. Kind and polite. Fast and thorough. Paperwork not fun. Non-judgemental.
Absolutely terrible... they do NOT listen to their patients. Ended up going to the ER before I was actually taken seriously. Avoid this place.
My husband has an ongoing workmans comp case from a car accident a few weeks ago. Today he showed up there with sudden tingling in his head and feet and swelling of the hands. Which is a sign of peripheral neuropathy following a head trauma. He was refused treatment because it was an ongoing workman's comp, then he offered to just use his own insurance and he was DENIED TREATMENT!!! So they sent him out the door and he was by himself with no transportation, weak, pale, numbness and tingling!!! What the hell kind of medical facility is this??! Just out for money I assume instead of the care of others!! EVERYONE OF YOU, DOCTORS, NURSES, MANAGER, SECRETARY, EVEN JANITORS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!! Sick!!
The most unprofessional, unorganized and rude medical facility I've encountered. The amount of misinformation given for a covid test appointment was astounding. If I were the director of this facility, I'd be embarrassed to even say it was a medical facility.
These people has been the best to me when my own provider was not. Worked me in when I needed. Thanks ,David
1- why does your phone message say you are open Sat and Sunday but your website says you are not.2- why have we been calling for COVID-19 test results that were supposed to be back on Thursday and we get the run around with no calls. I have 4 compromised adults that have possibly been exposed. I have explained this and it sounds like the receptionist understands but still no call from a nurse to answer our questions about what we should be doing and how far out we should be having people quarantine from others.3- I know you guys are busy- business must be good then and you could hire some more people to help so that your patients aren't getting the run around. One person said the tests have been coming back at 72 hours. Another said oh we are really backed up. If I would have known that we would have went somewhere else so that my mom who has COPD and was possibly exposed wouldn't be having to test because her doctor can get the results for sure in 48 hours where we had the test done Monday and haven't head a thing 6 days later. You need to change your outgoing message. You need to follow up with people especially when they call several times asking for information. You need to let people know when the lab is backed up so they can explore other options when necessary. You need to do better.
This is the worst healthcare place in SEK. The front desk never returns your calls. The owner's wife was doing the billing for while, she was terrible at it. She never called me back after she never submitted my insurance. My insurance had to call her finally and resolve the issue. The Doctor was great, but his staff suck.
I was seen yesterday at this clinic. I do not feel I received adequate care, at all. I decided to go see my regular physician today, and she had many different diagnoses and concerns, most that were not even addressed. I was misdiagnosed and needed referred on to an ENT, this did not happen at your clinic. After waiting for over an hour due to a “prodecure” that was very rudely explain to my mother, by the physician seeing me. I felt zero compassion or care from this NP while I am suffering a pretty traumatic diagnosis to my face.
Needed to be seen on a Sunday. Obi and Laura are awesome! In and out in under thirty minutes. Great staff experience and treatment every time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
