She did not bother to visit me in person after I had an endoscopy, instead I was told I would receive a call with the results within 3-5 days. I did not receive a call, and after 5 days had passed I called her office. I was told "your results are on her desk and she will call you as soon as possible" but I did not ever receive a call. I work from home and was home during those days, so I know I didn't miss her call. Finally, 12 days after my endoscopy, I got a one-sentence letter from her office saying my results were "normal" when in fact I was told by my local doctor that the endoscopy showed I had gastritis. Not happy at all with the treatment I received from this doctor and Mowery Clinic.

Neglected to give a face-to-face follow-up report after an endoscopy. Was told her office would call with results within 3-5 days, but I did not get a call. When I called her office after five days had passed, I was told I would hear from her the next day, but didn't. Her office took 12 days to finally get back to me by mail--a one-sentence report that said my endoscopy was normal, which was inaccurate.

Dr. Jesica Brown went out of her way to take care of my husband. Helping in the transfer from Topeka Hospital to Salina when there was a sense of ergency. Do Not hesitate to put your trust in her care. She is the Best.

Dr. Brown is wonderful! She took time to sit and talk to me and really listened. She was knowledgeable and was able to help with my issue. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Brown is a very good Dr. and very professional. I was one of her first patients in 2017. She found the makings for cancer in my stomach. This probably saved my life as stomach cancer is very serious. She even called me at home with test results and to see how I was doing. Jack Carlson

Dr Brown performed my Colonoscopy and EGD at Salina Regional. She had a very caring personality, and she answered all my questions. My procedures were both very comfortable, and I had no problems with recovery afterward. She visited with me after I was awake and was very thorough in her explanations of all she found. I found her to be very professional and extremely easy to work with. I have already recommended her to other family and friends, and I know I will continue to choose her for all my gastroenterology needs. She was awesome!!
