Called to find out if my husband was in their hospital, lady answered the phone rudely, told me “we can’t give you that information” and hung up on me.

I have to say, this is my first time having to stay in a hospital. So far, the staff here at Scott County Hospital has been AMAZING!! Everyone has been friendly, light hearted and very personable. They have made me feel so welcome and at ease and even a few laughs. Although I did have an issue with one of the doctors on the ER, I have addressed my concerns and I was assured that they would be given to the appropriate people. Another thing is, the technology they have here has blown me away. I’m still here playing the waiting game on my medicine, it’s nothing with the staff it’s just a medicine that has to be dialed in perfectly and it takes time/depends on the person.
