Did not help at all, would not listen when my wife tried to tell her her symptoms.

Dr Goel is not a very good doctor. Very poor bedside manner and likes to argue with patients. She rarely has availability the same week when you need to come in. You can get better help at an outpatient clinic.

This Doctor runs 2hrs or more behind on her appointment schedule. It took 2 and a half hours to be taken to a patient room on a Saturday after arriving on time. Then it took another 1hr for the doctor to come in. Her nursing staff does not respect HIPPA and will disclose medical information about relatives of patients without consent or even hesitation.

Dr. Goel, has been my doctor for over 20years. She takes an interest in her practice. She warm and caring. When your in her care you know your safe. She follows up and gives good advice.

Dr. Goel is sincerely caring about her patients and is a PARTNER with them in working towards their complete health. She has been my doctor in Elgin for the whole time she has been practicing there and I would not consider going to any other Internist. When a specialist has been needed she has always recommended someone who I am also very pleased in seeing and having treatment from.
