I worked with chandler for nearly 6 months this year. Friendly and quick witted the entire staff was very helpful. At first the goal was shoulder mobility, this was followed by hips, and knee. As someone who is physically attempting to find the breaking point of my body Chandler brought the expertise to not only help me correct issues with form I didn’t know about, but develop an entire arsenal of tools to strengthen my stabilizers. For a reference Point, I hip thrust 445, squat 315, leg press 580, (clearly I have more work to do on my hip mobility) but I have no doubt if I continue with the exercises Chandler has taught me the next 12 months will be quite productive.

Athletico was approved by my (knee replacement) Orthopedic Surgeon. I checked it out, and have been with Annie and/or Chandler now since July. They have REALLY REALLY helped get me back on the road! Highly approve of Athletico Shawnee!

Annie was so compassionate, skilled, and professional. She really made a difference in my life by improving my neck and back pain and teaching me tools to continue my recovery. The staff was welcoming and always helpful. I’d recommend Annie and her staff to any of my friends and family!

All of the ladies at this facility were so helpful and kind. They all help one another and all were apart of my treatment. Chandler was the sweetest, most personable person and she made my recovery so painless while providing the best recommendations. I couldn’t have done out without her. Definitely recommend her or any of the staff to anyone looking for help!
