I have been through both the physical therapy and the weight/cardio training at Freedom. It has been one of the best decisions that I have made. I am 67 years of age. The classes have tightened up muscles, increased strength and helped balance. I hope to be doing the classes for a long time to come.

I love Freedom Physical Therapy! I’m a runner and came in for an ankle injury. They took care of me right away and were able to get me back to running within weeks. They are very knowledgeable and explain things very well! Super thankful for them and highly recommend!
