Very, very pleased with the care my 3 yo received. Laura, the NP, spoke very kindly to my daughter and also spoke directly to her. Laura clearly explained everything so my 3 yo could understand. I'm a RN and am very impressed with the facility. Thank you for getting us in so quickly!

I was in and out of here super fast. Both ladies were super sweet and gentle even though they were very busy. I ended up having a fracture and they took amazing care of me and got my X-rays done quickly and painlessly. I would definitely be back.

They were so sweet and helpful when I came in after I'd hurt my knee. I felt like family there, and that NEVER happens at a doctors office anymore.They were covid safe, screened me quickly and I was in and out with x-rays in less than an hour!

I always have the best care here! I have came a couple different times and they always provide the best service! I drove past a few other urgent cares to get here! The staff is always so nice and helpful! I will definitely be back in the future if I need any urgent care assistance! The staff is wonderful!

I have never met a ruder front desk lady. She should be terminated. Customer service just isn’t a thing anymore.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. If you want your health to be treated properly AND be treated with compassion and kindness, do NOT go here. The customer service is poor from the front desk to the minute you leave the building. I was misdiagnosed TWICE...IN TWO DIFFERENT VISITS. They failed to take ALL of my vitals on my second visit despite me complaining about difficulty breathing. And the response at that visit from the provider, 'I don't know what you want me to do for you?' I called my PCP the following day for some guidance and thoughts on what to do and she immediately sent me to a place that better met my needs and I am now, interestingly enough, on the mend. I'll be surprised if this place remains in business much longer.
