Rozina A Mohiuddin's Online Review Report Card

We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Dr Rozina!We have seen her since my oldest was born in 2013. Sometimes it is difficult to get through or you have high wait times but honestly seeing Dr Rozina is worth the wait. I always feel heard, she is so friendly and so smart! My oldest had ITP when she was 2 and Dr Rozina was amazing. When my 2nd was born and she had issues in the hospital, Dr Rozina personally called me to talk about what was happening, at midnight!We have since moved to Texas (husband is military) and some days I seriously have considered taking the kids back to Kansas City just so she could be their doctor again. We love her so much!

I have been going to Dr. Mohiuddin since my daughter was a newborn, Dr and staff are always so helpful and welcoming. Dr Mohiuddin seems to remember us and remember every detail about my family and I which shows how much she really cares about us. When I had my son in 2020 I started bringing him and I will never go anywhere else. I have also seen the other Pediatric doctors in this same office and they are all amazing. I will never forget the amazing care we have received here and I truly appreciate the nurses for taking such amazing care of my daughter and son. THANK YOU!!!!!

Wait times are super high even with scheduled appointment and when I am nit able to get through on the phine which is 90% of the time, i have to leave a message and they call back 3 or 4 days later. This time I called on Tuesday last week, it is now Tuesday of the next week and still no call back. I would call back but I will just be in the same position I am now. Waiting on a return call that never happens. 2 stars because staff is always nice and helpful.

I’ve been bringing my kids to this office since my son was born 4 years ago. I now have 2 kids and I decided to stay with Dr. Brown, but will be changing now. Anytime we have an appointment, it doesn’t matter we arrive 5 or 15 minutes early, we are in the waiting room forever. Once we get to the room, we spend 30-60 minutes waiting for the provider to come see the kids. The rooms are either freezing cold or feel like 100 degrees, which makes the wait even more unbearable. Then the doctor comes in, takes a 30 second look at the kids, flips through stuff on the computer, then sends us on our way. I’m sure the providers know they make patients and families wait way too long, so they should at least provide some toys or books in the rooms instead of just small chairs.

Rozina was my pediatrician, and is now the “grand-pediatrician” for both of my girls! She takes our health questions and complaints seriously and provides excellent care for my girls. Don’t know what we are going to do when she decides to retire!!

Generations of my family have been seen by Dr. Rozina. She is very personal, professional, and caring. I would highly recommend her services to any family!

If your children are being seen here be prepared to spend a long time here. Gave this office chance after chance but everytime it was the same thing. Once we sat in the room for 45 mins! Plus 20 mins in the waiting room. Stop over scheduling! I will say the doctors are great! But found another office where they take your time seriously!

We have four kids and she asks about each one every time we go in. Very thorough!

Dr. Rozina was okay but her triage nurse, Barbara, really lacks in communicating with the patients. Please don't argue with your patients using a condescending tone. I have been in the medical profession over 15 years and I do know what I am talking about. There are other places we could choose to go.

Love Dr. Rozina we have gone to her for 15-years! We met her on an emergency visit while visiting relatives upon moving here we knew exactly where we needed to be for the medical attention of our kids. She was caring and compassionate and has always been there for when we needed her including us grownups.
