All went smooth from check in to check out.
Dr. Shams is a excellent doctor.
Great bedside manner, personable and compassionate. Dr Shams has given me great advice and recommendations for my health as I’m aging.
Dr. Shams is always very nice and welcoming, he makes it a more comfortable environment. He listens to all my concerns and gives good advice. He always makes sure to inform me well anything that concerns my health.
This doctor(Ameer Shams) isn't very personable at all. Something that I am not use to since my previous doctor (Dr. Clair) was personable and treated me as through I matter. He never sit down or bothered to take my temperature, blood pressure, heart rate or anything else. I tried to feel at ease with this man but all he wanted to do was hurry on to his next patient. I had only been in this St. Francis location once prior to this visit. Which I am sure was over a year ago. And, he left me to find my way to a restroom somewhere in the building on my own. Didn't even brother to direct me to where it at. Unlike the previous office that I used to go to off 29 & Urish Road this office lacks a personality. It's environment does make you feel safe or at home. It is sterile and uninviting from the waiting room on. Felt like I was in a mental hospital. Hallways after hallways of white or off white doors/walls that make you feel as through you are walking thru a maze. I wanted to just leave without leaving a urine specimen but couldn't find the way back to the door I entered through. Final, I came to a group of individuals behind a large desk area and asked someone were the "EXIT DOOR" was at! Luckily, the workers at this desk was able to tell me what I needed to do and that a prescription was sent to the Dillions store at 29th & California for me. Wow, "What for was my next thought!" Then, what was found in my urine sample??? Several thing flashed through my mind as I waited for the bad news! The sad thing the doctor that attended to my care, "Dr. Shams" had actually acted "like he gave a damn", maybe, my visited to this new location wouldn't have been so traumatic! And. I pray that the treatment/lack of care that I received wasn't due to the fact that I am BLACK! Because, I have never felt so uncomfortable and unimportant as this doctor made he feel that day when I was in need of help, because, I WAS SICK!
Very satisfied, everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Shams was great, I would highly recommend

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
