Dr. Heather L. Morrison's Online Review Report Card

Unpleasant. I was rushed, the staff was not friendly or welcoming. When I got back to my Room, I spoke to 3 people before the Dr. (all whom asked me the same questions. Like I had not answered them previously). Then I was mainlined into the "Business Office" where I was made to feel more like a Dollar Sign than a Patient/Human Being. I will be seeking care elsewhere.

Dr. Morrison was amazing throughout my pregnancy and delivery. She is knowledgeable, empathic, and genuine, and I felt confident throughout the past 9 months that I was in extremely competent hands. Dr. Morrison acted quickly and confidently when a complication arose during labor, and I feel certain that she kept my baby safe and as stress free as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Morrison without reservation.

I had the worst experience at Lincoln center OB in Topeka. I have had three miscarriages with no answers and lack of help. I’m a young wife. It has been hard getting through this but I wouldn’t recommend black women or anyone to Lincoln center with dr Heather Morrison. I couldn’t even get an appointment until I miscarried I got more help in the Emergency room. One of the nurses There seems to be the only one who truly cared about what has happened to me . I go in and hear my baby’s heart beat one day and I tell them I’m bleeding. They say they can’t tell where it was coming from everything is fine. I loss my baby two days after having light bleeding that no one took the time to look into. No heavy bleeding no heavy cramps. No answers... Also my sister was getting sick from her birth control. With her hair falling out and other side effects Dr Morrison told her she should just keep it in because she would be back in a year. She doesn’t know my sister well enough to judge or assume and I felt that was racial profiling. I called and called to try to talk to my Dr and never got to meet or speak to her until after my 3rd miscarriage. She was very happy to meet me then.

She is very patient and explained all the details of my issues. She is polite, helpful, kind, and understanding. I will continue to go back to her as much as I need to.

Dr.Morrison was my gynecologist for my first baby, she was exceptionally good. Clarified all my doubts, was very friendly, spent enough time to explain me all the questions I had. She had built my confidence whenever I were stressed out.

Was to busy to read the ultra sound- no compassion

I had a complicated first pregnancy, and was diagnosed as high-risk at 9 weeks. Dr. Morrison was not at all positive about their being a positive outcome to this pregnancy. Comments like, "If you make it to the next appointment..." started at week 12. I carried my son to 38 weeks at which point he was delivered by another doctor in the group (you get whomever is on call that day) by emergency C-section, but completely fine and healthy.
