I had never meet him before yesterday. He walked in the exam room without so much as a hello, good morning, etc. Never introduced himself. First thing he did say was that I didn't have an ear infection and showed me a report. I was dumbfounded by not only his attitude but by what he was saying. Every time I asked questions he replied that they see this all the time. Not sure what that meant but he told me that at least 4 times. He took my confusion and frustration (at nothing being wrong with me) as questioning his authority. He was rude and never answered my questions other than to say it's common with people my age (I'm 64). As he walked out the door I questioned him again about the report (how do I know the report is accurate), he told me to "look it up" and left. No good bye, no have a nice day, no nothing. I was obviously wasting his time and had no desire to continue any kind of conversation.

He did 5 surgeries (at the same time) and my recovery was just as easy as he said it would be. Great outcome!
