I dont trust medical personnel at all. None of them. Not one. But I trust Dr. Klassen implicitly. Not only with my care, but I trust her 1000% with my childrens care as well.

She’s very proficient and focus on her job ,any questions we ask her she has an answer for it Dr. Kalssin very polite.

Dr. Klassen has been very attentive to my medical needs and has given me good advice. I really like her nurse, Jennifer as well.

Klassen focused on what I needed to experience optimal health. I have had ortho, cardiac, and skin/gum issues that I was trying to resolve. She has been coaching me at times, treating me at times, and sometimes just listening to what I was doing on my own and trying to figure out if there was anything else that could work in addition to that. Listening to me and extending some trust in my knowledge and ability to convey what my body is doing has been important to me. What has come through over time is that she cares about me and the quality of my life-maximizing my physical and emotional well being. It took a few visits to "click", I am grateful for her guidance. It was worth building that foundation.

Dr. Klassen is a very knowledgeable and caring provider. She listens well to my concerns and gives great medical advice. I appreciate her referrals, too. She even called me at home herself to give me my x-ray report. Her nurse, Jennifer, is also a caring professional and a great listener.

I have found using My Chart to communicate what I hope to get out of an appt. and effective tool. I appreciate that she has read the communication and that establishes a talking point and outcome rather than doing the Q & A to find out if I have any needs. Recently there have been a number of issues I have been trying to resolve or regulate. She has been available to assist me, and responsive. While she has extensive knowledge, she has referred me out to specialists when needed. I have been pleased with the outcome of those referrals. The office support staff-from nursing to the front desk has always been outstanding. I have been a patient at this clinic for years. I love the location and size of the clinic.

Dr. Klassen listens and remembers what I have said. I would highly recommend her to family and friends. She has given me good advice during my visits.
