I went in for a allergy test to learn what I could do about my seasonal allergies. Dr. Voica was knowledgeable and straightforward. She listened and took notes when I talked about my problems. She had a clear plan of treatment for upcoming months and gave me handouts for my problems to take with me to read. I felt a little rushed but I think it was because I am nervous in doctors offices. The location was a little difficult to find because the street sign is in a strange place but the building was very nice. The staff was also very nice

I suffered for years before finding Dr. Voica. I made numerous trips to KU Med, they were of little help. Treating symptoms was all. I went to the Mayo Clinic and they made a diagnosis. But it was just a long medical term for Unknown cause that occurs continuously. I find Dr. Voica a few years ago, she to at first was just trying to hold back the dam, by treating the symptoms. But the difference with her is the amount of time she took on her own. While continuously researching my illness, watching for trails and new treatments. Her diligence in watching for new treatments, lead to me being symptom-free for 85% of the time. It is such a big turn around. I thank Dr. Voica for giving me back a better quality of life.

The front staff and nurse taking vitals were very friendly, but Dr. Voica within three minutes of meeting us told my husband that his reactions to airborne peanut exposures were not allergic at all, that "I do not believe your story," and that "it will not change my management." She did not have an alternative explanation, except that it was all in his mind. We did not feel heard or trust that she would be able to fully address the symptoms he wanted help for.

I went in to see this provider for asthma. They wanted to run a test that is not covered by my insurance. I have really decent insurance and asked why it wasn't covered. They couldn't answer. I declined the test. Then they ran another allergy test without asking/consulting me about it and now I'm stuck with a $500+ bill for my deductible. I am livid that this provider isn't upfront with patients about procedures and billing practices. I will never see this provider again.

Could care less about the patient's feelings. I always left appts feeling confused and frustrated like we weren't on the same page with my treatment. She didn't want to listen to my concerns about taking Class C medications while pregnant, even after I miscarried while on the medications and later became pg a second time. It was very much "her way or the highway". My second pregnancy I did not want to continue the shots due to my previous miscarriage after receiving an injection. She terminated.

Have taken my child to her for several years. She did the allergy test, & said my child is not allergic to anything. Seems she can't figure it out, just gives out drugs!! I am sick of jumping from drug to drug! I will Pass.
