These people will rob you blind. When you set up monthly payments with them, they take money out of your account and ADD that to what you owed. When you try to have a conversation with them about it - they lie to you. Also, their statements are just randomly pulled documents to say 'you got a statement'. Always have had the greatest of care. Friendly employees always ready to help you, even if it's just to sit on the side of the bed to listen to your concerns and etc. All my doctors and nurses are a part of Saint Francis/University of Kansas Health Care.

Went to the other hospital first. And one of the nursing staff had come out yelling at patients due to family waiting with them. So I came here and so happy I did as I got placed in a room right a way and had the best dr ever with awesome bedside manners. Said he was going to check me out thoroughly. I had Dr Stebbins and a wonderful nurse Hannah who was all about making sure I was comfortable and did everything possible to make me feel better. Thank you to you both and I highly recommend this hospital to everyone…. JOB WELL DONE❤️Went to the other hospital first. Got dropped off by the ambulance. I was left untreated for over an hour. The doctor didn’t even run any test on me. The nurses were very rude and disrespectful. I will never come to this location again.

My mother will NOT be returning to Dr. Schroeder after stating he would “shoot her” if she didn’t follow his instructions.“A .45 would be more effective” as compared to a .38. 🤬Unprofessional and rude.

I am from out of town and had to go into the ED. It was a very easy location to get to. Free parking. The lady who checked me in and the nurses in triage were very nice. The doctor I saw was extremely thorough. The only negative I would say is that they can’t test for COVID unless you are being admitted due to test shortages.
