Just started seeing Dr. Welch so I have only the first visit to critic. It was very informative and all my questions were answered.

Good Doctor, friendly staff, wait time frustrating at times but I guess i would rather wait longer due to having a thorough doctor

The doctor kept checking his watch, unable to answer basic questions about the plan of action for my health, suggested two medications that are in my chart stating I can not take and still tried to push them on me even after discussed. Stated that I didn’t have drowsiness but was addressed first thing and discussed increasing my wake up med d/t day time drowsiness. I fired him from being my doctor and specifically requested that be put into my chart. There instead is a statement that said I didn’t want to proceed with treatment and left abruptly. There were so many inconsistencies that I am not comfortable having my life in his hands. I will not continue to see a provider who is not working in my best interest or listening to me.

I saw Dr Welsh he then ordered an MRI. It took two weeks to get an MRI. It's been almost a week my results are in my chart and have been since the day i got my MRI but his office still hasn't called to give me my results. Why do I have to call and ask for them? My next appointment also isn't until June which is concerning.

I spent more time with Lindsey taking notes of my situation being there for my balance issues. More or less realized that I was not having Vertigo with her questioning and responses. Had blood work as Dr Welch ordered and will do an EMG for 1//5/2023 but my return visit is in July 2023. Do I have to wait til then for a diagnosis or what I need to do for my situation. Dr. Welch used a metal hammer up and down my leg but never told me why or what the meaning of these touches where for and why. When he asked me to walk, he told me my one hip was lower than the other and mentioned the word PT but never referred me to see one. I had already waited about 2 months for this appointment. Now anotehr 7 months. Don't make sense to me,

After 8+ calls to get scheduled and a ton of back and forth, Dr Welch office calls me and says he is not accepting patients. Very very poor customer service here. If his office is this disorganized he cant be any better.
