Dr. Nilhas is a phenomenal doctor and surgeon. He took the time necessary to answer any questions or concerns I had about my surgery both before and after. His office staff is amazing, and is wonderful about making sure every call is returned promptly. Thank you all so much!

Dr. Nilhas is a lifesaver & I couldn't be happier that I was able to have him for my appendix & gallbladder removal. It was an honor & I wish I could have mentioned that to him. The staff & nurses are exceptional as well, I wish I could see him as a regular doctor!

I thought I had placed a review about Dr. Nilhas.. he is a great surgeon who immediately took me in when I needed surgery. Even after the surgery, he was checking in to see how I was doing. I would say if anyone is needing a surgeon like him, I definitely recommend his office. Thank you Dr. Nilhas!

Dr Aaron Nilhas, MD and his staff, both pre & post op were outstanding from start to finish! They were incredibly accommodating to all of my patient needs, making me feel very comfortable and well taken care of throughout my entire procedure! As a first time patient who is new to the area, Dr. Nilhas at Wichita Surgical Specialists was absolutely the right decision for me! Im very grateful to have been referred to his surgeon skills, knowledge and professionalism! Many thanks to Dr Nilhas, his Office & Staff for a wonderful same day surgery experience! After having Dr. Nilhas perform my Cholecystectomy( removed Gallbladder) 5 years ago, and recently repair of a torn Epigastric Hernia I can say with complete honesty he is absolutely the most phenomenal surgeon and Doctor ever. After the first surgery I was up and walking around the next day and went home with no need for any pain medication at all. The 2nd surgery was outpatient. I was in recovery for about 30 minutes. Went home and never needed any pain medication. I really didn't feel bad or even a little bit groggy. Other than a slight feeling of tightness around my stomach I felt great. My husband has to keep reminding me of my restriction because I forget about them, I feel so good. With Dr. Nilhas I felt totally confident and safe that my surgery was going to be the best possible. Told me up front everything to expect, pros and cons of different options, and let me make a well informed decision on what would be best for me. I would give him 10 star if I could.

Dr. Nilhas is an amazing Doctor. He has great bedside manner and puts his patients first. He has now performed two surgeries on me and did both with extreme care. I had a completely unexpected diagnoses after the first surgery he did on me (which is why he ended up doing a second surgery on me) and he explained everything in a way I could understand. He made sure I didn't have any questions and was very sympathetic to my situation. He's very passionate about his work and his patients. Highly recommend!
