The five star reviews are outdated. She may very well have once been a good doctor but that isn't everyone's experience. If you want a Doctor who's going to make the time to listen to you and not be arrogant go elsewhere. It's fine to be arrogant if you have the skill to back it up. No one can play games with their health these days. If you do not go to a skilled doctor it's just not safe and you're shortening your life. The front office staff used to be so friendly I don't know what happened? There are other doctors in the group who are very good and the back office staff is very caring so if you can make it past the rudeness of the front office staff and go to one of the skilled doctors you'll be safe.

I was dropped as a patient because I wouldn't jump when she said jump. Doctors are not God's. They can make recommendations and we have the right to decide whether or not to follow those recommendations. She made one I disagreed with and was told I had damaged the Doctor patient relationship. Wow. I have 22 years of education I don't appreciate being treated like I am stupid. And I don't bow down to arrogant Doctors.

She does not take the time to listen to her patients. When a patient tells you they feel depressed and have chronic long term back pain greater than 10 years, you would think the patient might know what they are talking about. One might do a short trial of an antidepressant to see if it is helpful. Anyone with minimal skills would know that Depression quite often leads to suicide if left untreated. Instead, she would rather just wash her hands of it and suggest the patient see a psychiatrist instead....for a patient with NO mania at all, a passive, introvert who is depressed, NOT bipolar. Does this physician even know what Bipolar Disorder is? Or symptoms of this disease? Have mercy for her patients who really need help :(
