Dr. Grantham is an amazing surgeon. He helped me through the most difficult time of my entire life. I had a baby July 14th 2022, and I had developed a pretty severe rectovaginal fistula due to an episiotomy. He repaired it but unfortunately the first repair did not succeed due to severe infection in the tissue. He gave me an ileostomy instead to let my bowel and vaginal wall heal. I hated the ileostomy but without it the infection probably would never had cleared and could have cost me my life. It was a very long 8 months journey, especially since I had a newborn baby. I had multiple surgeries that Dr. Grantham performed, ileostomy, ileostomy revision/bowel obstruction, and an ileostomy reversal surgery. Dr. Grantham was kind and honest about my condition, and about what procedures I would need to have done. I can't thank him enough for all that he has done for me. He saved my life. During those 8 months I was unable to spend much time with my son due to all the complications and doctors appointments and ER visits and hospitalizations, but Dr. Grantham helped me get back to my somewhat normal self. Thank you Dr. Grantham for everything you have done for me and my family. My son is now almost 11 months old and this has been a very long journey and I couldn't have done it without your help. I was in pain, I lost 18"the first surgery. (A different surgeon) The 2nd time it was a drain that did not help. The 3rd time Dr. Grantham cut me from the bottom of my breast bone down to the end of my frame. He found a lot of scar tissue, but best of all he found a fistula full of infection. That's what saved me. I now have no more pain. I still have diarrhea, but my GI Dr. MATTA is taking care of that. My first surgeon, Dr. Howes is a great surgeon but he just had his hands full with scar tissue.

Dr. Grantham is absolutely amazing. He treated me throughout my healing process from a Necrotizing Fasciitis infection that nearly killed me in 2020. I had an emergency surgery before being flown to Wichita where Grantham was my doctor. He performed 3 of my 5 surgeries throughout this journey. His bedside manner has always been amazing and he truly cares about his patients. He was always easy to communicate with for any concerns. He truly was the best doctor I could have had through this tough journey. Even at the end for my last surgery, he was a good enough doctor/surgeon to know I needed a more specialty doctor for the procedure and got me connected with a colleague who performed my final surgery to complete my healing. I truly cannot thank Dr. Grantham enough for everything he did for me to keep me here today.

Dr. Grantham did my emergency surgery and probably saved my life He is a Rockstar, superstar, humanitarian, one of a kind in our present medical environment. He listens, answers, encourages, is kind and incredibly smart. Thank you Dr. Grantham.

Dr. Grantham was very thorough during my visit. He explained my condition and went over all my options so that I could make the best decision for me.

Surgeon rock star, excellent doctor

Dr Grantham is an angel!! He has treated me several times due to an auto immune disease called Bullous pemphigoid and every time i was sent to the burn unit under his care I always felt safe and well taken care of. Dr Grantham and the staff of nurses were great!! Thank you all for helping through this horrible disease that i continue to fight everyday.
