At last a doctor who listens! Dr. Hartman actually understands CVID and I feel like he is working FOR ME in trying to find the right treatment plan. His nurse, Ashley, is always very personable and seemingly sympathetic whenever she calls or I see her in the office. ( And, yes, there CAN be a big difference even in the quality of doctors who comprise the same practice.) There is a another doctor in this group who treated me for a post surgical staph infection. After dealing with this doctor for several weeks I came away with the impression that that doctor would be better suited vaccinating cattle . The nurse had the patient contact skills/ temperament of a rattlesnake... My advice? Choose Dr. Hartman if you are given a choice. Dr. Petrie was wonderful too but he retired.

Dr. Hartman has worked with me on two occasions and successfully assisted me with my infection. He seems to be very thorough and committed to helping his patient through their illness. Happy to recommend.
