I’ve been seeing Dr. Keusler for my vision checks for more than 12 years. She is very thorough, but gets everything done so efficiently that the appointment rarely takes more than 10 minutes! She and her staff always make you feel welcome and comfortable. Absolutely the best of the best!

My grandaughter is visiting from out of town, and broke her glasses. She has VERY poor vision without them. We walked in to Dr. keusler's office and were greeted by Deb. We explained the situation and she looked at their schedules and managed to see us in the next few minutes. Dr. kuesler was fantastic with my grandaughter, explaining every step. The Dr. was also fantastic at explaining the prescription to me. We managed to get two pair of glasses made (at Express Optical) that day. I appreciate Dr. Keusler's service, and the help of Deb, who got the whole ball rolling.

Awesome first time experience with Dr. Keusler. She was quick, polite, gave clear instructions, knowledgeable and thorough. And after she was done she gave plenty of time for questions. Her prices were the best I could find in west Wichita. I paid cash (no insurance). Will definitely be going to her as long as I live in wichita.

Not only is she a wonderful eye Dr. She made the discovery of my IIH. Had it not been for her I might have never known what was causing all my headaches and dizziness and my blackouts.Its always a pleasure visiting with her.

Dr. Keusler, through an eye examination, provided me with an incorrect prescription for my eyes. When my contacts were ordered, the wrong prescription created a very difficult problem with my ability to see. This affected my eye health and ability to function from day to day. I was seen by another eye doctor and the prescription provided did show a significant difference. My vision is challenging to correct, and the delay in having the correct prescription determined created a loss in my ability to function in the work place and in my lifestyle. The time frame for all of this correction to take place was over 4 months. I made attempts to contact Dr. Keusler's office and received no response. I then learned she was on a vacation. This important matter was not handled correctly and caused myself and my family a great deal of stress. After a personal conversation with Dr. Keusler. I attempted to rectify this tough situation, and requested a resolution and it wasn't resolved.

Dr. Keusler is quick, professional, with a convenient west side location. (But totally worth the drive from anywhere if needed). Her office staff is so sweet and amazing! I've been going for years and the service is consistently wonderful with every visit.
