I have seen this doctor for many years and got excellent treatment, but something suddenly changed around the time she went into private practice. Wait time increased to over an hour and the visit was rushed. She would tell me something at one visit and then deny she said it at the next, she would prescribe a med or dosage and when it didn't work, change it then forget she had done so. Once the pharmacy said they couldn't get hold of her to get a prescription refilled so I left 2 messages, 2 days apart with her nurse but it wasn't sent. On the day I took my last dosage, a Friday, I called again and again she said she would send it in. It was never sent in and I went to the ER. When I tried to address this with the doctor, she cut me off and angrily accused me of not having patience with a new nurse who was overwhelmed. The disrespect for my time and now this. I left and never went back.

Dr Kshatriya is a good doctor but the amount of time you will wait for her to show up for an appointment is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve waited well over an hour on numerous occasions. Has absolutely zero respect for your time.

Dr. Kshatriya is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. I have every confidence in her ability. She has genuine concern for my health. I have seen her for 4 years and have only had a couple of long wait times. She takes time with her patients instead of making you feel like you're on an assembly line. It is well worth any wait time to have her expertise on my side.

I had seen two male cardiologists for blood pressure who ignored my symptoms and I kept getting worse. Finally asked my primary to find me another cardiologist and she referred me to Dr. Shilpa who immediately recognized my symptoms, CHF, did testing and got me the correct treatment. She specializes in women's heart care and said men often miss the symptoms in women. When she was out on maternity leave saw a male colleague of her's and he was rude and stated he thought she had misdiagnosed me. Often wait time is up to 90 mins. and usually I would not tolerate waiting that long to see a doctor but she is good enough, for me, that I am willing to wait that long.

Dr. Kshatriya is a very good doctor BUT wait time is just too long. An hour to 90 minutes waiting to be seen by the doctor and sometimes 10 minutes just to check in. If I were to show up to my appt 60 minutes late would the doctor see me? NO so why is it okay for the doctor to show up an hour late.

Dr. Kshatriya found my pulmonary embolism and reacted very quickly, getting me the care I needed to avoid a serious situation. She has kept me informed during treatment and reacted to my questions and concerns. I recommend her highly.
