List of The Center For Reproductive Medicine's Reviews
After a 4 year struggle with infertility my doctor finally referred me to Dr Grainger. He listened to me and reviewed all my records, within 3 months I was pregnant and I recently delivered a healthy baby girl!
We had an amazing experience with this clinic and staff. We started our IVF journey back in July of 2022. Had our retrieval in December, and had a successful transfer in January 2023. IVF is a really rough process to go through but everyone here helps a ton. Megan was amazing. We saw both Dr.Ehlers & Dr. Grainger, both whom were very kind and personable. If we choose to do another cycle there’s no other clinic I’d go to.
Dr. Grainger and staff were great! We have a sweet baby boy and we are so grateful to everyone!
Never mind, I was thinking maybe I can go here it's close and seems nice buuuut seeing all the reviews and with me wanting to be a single parent by choice I chance my mind. These reviews are just bad so ima look somewhere else... Thank you! But bye
I was very hesitant about going to another fertility clinic, because the first one I went to told me “you should be okay”. It made me lose hope of getting help almost instantly. From the first phone call to this clinic, I was taken aback with how kind they were. The receptionists are all lovely, but the most upbeat and joyful one is named Hope. Just hearing her kind voice and name made me realize I was in the right place. Then, Dr.Grainger…….Forget about it! He is the nicest Dr. I have EVER had the pleasure of working with. He answered all my questions and calmed all my concerns. He found out why we weren’t able to get pregnant on the second appointment and scheduled a laparoscopic surgery 4 days after diagnosis. What a wonderful group of people that I 1000% recommend. They are knowledgeable and make you feel so important. Extremely thankful for everyone at the clinic and Wichita is so lucky to have them.
My wife got her tubes untied about a year and a half ago, at the time we were treated with courtesy and respect for the most part. Fast forward to today, my wife found out she may be pregnant , called first thing this morning thinking they'd be happy to be of assistance and my wife was treated disrespectfully and the receptionist was brusk and rude in telling my wife that since they didn't help us get pregnant we had to go somewhere else with no insight or direction as to where that should be. Definitely don't recommend, I'd have to agree with the other comments and say they're just in it for the profit. Terrible service
I used the center for reproductive Med to conceive my 2008 baby, using clomid. I had a 2010 baby without any fertility help. I got my tubes tied and had a divorce. And then had the center for reproductive Med reattach my tubes when I became married to a new person, and successfully conceived a 2018 baby.
Please go somewhere else like KC or Denver. Over the course of 5 months, I saw the doctor one time via telehealth and that's it - never in person. The nurses do everything from monitoring to the actual procedure. It's impossible to speak to anyone, you have to leave a voicemail and there was a time my voicemail got missed so I called again after 4 days and had to leave another one. They do call back typically on the same day. It feels like you actively have to ask or push for treatments/medications and you aren't told of all of the options. Almost everyone acted like they're annoyed you are there. I don't want to actively have to go to a clinic just to try to get pregnant; fertility is such a sensitive topic. I felt like only Mary, one of the APRNs, understood that and treated me with some empathy. They missed my ovulation one month, not all women ovulate on day 15 especially when there are thyroid/autoimmune factors. It was frustrating to wait yet another month to try. We then had two failed IUI's and decided to move on to a different clinic because we're doing IVF and it seems like they only do it a few times a year here in Wichita. It was overall a bad experience which could have been improved if there was at least a little bit of empathy, understanding, or bare minimum communication.
Felt like just a number. You never see or able to contact the doctor and got multiple nurses each time and felt like there was no plan set and was throwing me into treatment after treatment. Office staff very rude as many have stated. Needs to be more kind people working here as a fertility journey is a very sensitive matter and emotionally draining. After our bad experience we took a year off and now planning on going to Kansas city.
Its hard to rate anything because after I called repeatedly for new patient paperwork, I never heard from them to set up my initial appointment. I guess they dont want my money, we decided to try Reproductive Resource Center in Kansas City instead, who were highly recommended by my OB.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
