I had complete knee surgery in 2021 , my surgeon was Dr. Hendricks. I had complete confidence in him and he will replace my other knee next month. His staff is always helpful and courteous.

Bedside manner was non existent. Was very late and un apologetic. Very dismissive of my pain. No empathy. Basically told to come back when I have real hip pain. Made me feel uncomfortable even describing my problem. Started off with "why are you here" and a cold stare waiting for an answer. Awkward. Made me want to go for a second opinion.

I will recommend any of my friends to Dr Hendrick's. He is a wonderful doctor my knee looks great I'm getting better and better everyday thank you with all my heart and soul Dr Hendrix and staff

I arrived early and was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. The nurse was friendly, the PA was very knowledgeable about my condition, and Dr. Hendricks was wonderful. He came in and listened to my concerns and we worked out a plan for the next five weeks. Dr. Hendricks made me feel heard and cared for.

I was 73 when Dr. Hendricks treated my right hip with injections for joint pain. This worked well for 3 cycles. When the pain was no longer manageable he and his team at AO replaced my right hip. I am currently a year out and things could not be better. No more pain, great mobility and no hassles at airport security because of the artificial hip. Right after the surgery the hip was much less painful and things have just gotten better each day. Dr. H is very thorough in his explanations, professional, yet easy to talk to. His medical staff are wonderful ladies who do all they can for you to make the whole process easy and even pleasant. My advice is get to the Dr. and get going on treatment so you can sit, sleep, & walk again.
