I absolutely love this Dr and the office staff. The nurses are very compassionate and the Dr is very knowledgeable. I recommend anyone who needs a Urologist to see Dr Richardson.

I was referred to Dr. Richardson after a bad experience with another Urologist. Dr. Richardson and his staff have taken excellent care of me through a kidney stone removal and a partial nephrectomy.

An appointment was made without authorization or a PSA test ordered. Then the phone system is so messed up that no one will return messages if you can leave one. How can you trust them to treat cancer when they can't maintain their phone system?

If you like to know what is going on do not go here!!! They will have u in the waitin rooms for hours jus to see u for 5 mins. Dr. Richardson doesn’t treat you like a patient or even a human being more along the lines of a pay check. Also they wait to do the surgry before they tell u you have a deductible. So when u go back to check in they tell u you owe money or can’t be seen. Even if they jus put a stint in your uter a week before hand!

When attending an important visit for my dad, I saw first hand why my parents liked him so well. He explained everything thoroughly, unrushed and answered all our questions graciously. If he is running behind schedule, you can be sure it is because he gives his patients the time they need when facing difficult times. He is appreciated by our whole family for the care he is giving my dad and so thankful for a physician such as Dr Richardson.
