Avoid Dr Jensen like your life depends on it. Unless you want to be operated on without the benefit of anesthesia! This psychopath shot me up with anesthesia then immediately began slicing, clamping, cutting, burning, sewing during my vasectomy Oct 2022. There was absolutely no waiting period after the shot. He seemed giddy while I writhed in agony on my ankles and elbows in excruciating PAIN!!!! Worst and most traumatic medical procedure I have ever experienced. I was literally traumatized for weeks after this procedure. I'm still really upset about it today.

This is specifically for Dr. Z. Terrible experience. He ignored everything I said and just told me I need to stop drinking so much water. I do not recommend Dr. Z.

Dr. Houghton is amazing. Very thorough, will not do a procedure if he feels it is not right for the patient. Takes time with patients and their family. Communicates openly keeping the patient completely informed…Will continue to use and recommend him.

Unorganized, unprofessional. Staff are very rude. They had my appointment wrong twice after I cleared my busy schedule. No one answers the phone for pre-operative procedures. They quoted me the fee for the procedure at the the time of the appointment. When I arrived for my procedure, they also wanted to charge me an additional $500.00 for something called a "building fee????" that was not filed on insurance. I filed an official complaint. who is in charge of this operation???????????? Update: I went to get a second opinion and there is absolutely nothing (0) wrong with my Prostate! Over-prescribing intrusive procedures (e.g., biopsy) to pad their check books!

Dr. Houghton was very kind, thorough and easy to talk to. He took time to listen to my husband's concerns and was very detailed when explaining the follow up plan. From the front desk receptionist to the check out this was a very good experience at a medical clinic. I highly recommend this Dr. and clinic.
