Best doctor ever, Dr minning is amazing with my son

I love 'Dr. Minton she is my favorite doctor she helps with my disability of special needs Dr. Minton always Listens my concerns and my questions she is sweet, wonderful.

Dr Minning is amazing!! He takes time to listen and explain things. He goes out of his way to help you the best he can. My only complaint is a man there came into my room and lectured me about missing appointments. It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable, he sternly told me that they run as a business and I was costing them money. He never introduced himself he ended with have any questions? Ok good. Then walked out of my room. I had an anxiety attack since it was a very unpleasant experience. I have pretty bad agoraphobia so it’s very difficult to leave the house and is why I cancel appointments, my doctors are aware of this and work with me. I was never warned about this before, usually I would receive a letter or message saying this. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

Mike Minning is the best doctor I’ve ever seen. He really takes the time with you and explains everything in great detail, staff and facilities are phenomenal.

Dr. Minning and his staff are great, friendly, very knowledgeable, and will explain everything. My father and I have been seeing him for as long as I can remember. I called to make an appointment for today and because I haven’t seen him in over 3 years, because I don’t just go to a doc just because, I am considered a new patient and can’t be seen the same day. Your system still has all my records and I haven’t changed so I think it’s bs. I know Dr. Minning or his staff probably has no say in it, because it’s a St E rule or something, so I’ll say it again Dr. Minning and his staff are awesome just have their hands tide by bs I guess.

I scheduled a “New Patient” visit online for 3:30 today. I got a call 10 minutes ago asking me how I was able to schedule such an appointment because the doctor only sees one new patient a month and he’s seen that patient already. I was also told that unless I had been with the doctor I had previously seen for at least a year, I couldn’t switch because St. Elizabeth doesn’t do that. They called me because they wanted to let me know that this wasn’t the same office and that I should schedule to be seen with the other office/doctor. Ummm, Are you kidding me?!?! I know what doctor I want to see and who/where I scheduled with. So while they didn’t exactly tell me I was not welcomed into their office, they certainly made it obvious. I don’t know if this was a racially motivated issue or not (considering I have full coverage health insurance through my employer, and can see no other logical explanation), but great job St. Elizabeth and Dr. Michael Minning!

We love the nursing staff and have our whole family at the practice. :)

I saw Dr M today for an ongoing cold. I found her to be thorough & easy to talk with.

I have had a message posted for Dr. Mining since April 8th about lab results .. everyday I call and someone is to get back to me . Well, it’s 5 days later and still no answer. Very Frustrating !
