The receptionist was super nice snd helpful. I was a walk-in and waited like 10 minutes to go back. All the staff that delivered care was really nice and they got me in and out!!! I could t thank them enough for the fast service

Went in to get a steroid or Z-pac in order to get rid of allergy funk that is starting to go into my chest. All they did was record my weight, blood pressure, and temperature. Then the doctor came in and said that all they can do is give me medicine that I could just over the counter. I explained I get this every year and the only thing that gets rid of it is a steroid or z-pac. She did not even look at my throat, nose, or ears in order to see what was wrong, then said they could not do anything. So I just paid an office visit for them to take my weight, blood pressure, and temp. That is all. I would highly recommend going to a different medical facility so you can actually get some help. Hopefully this will save a few people time and money to find out they can’t actually give any help.

I reserved an appointment for 8:30 showed up 10 minutes prior as instructed and called because it was after my scheduled appointment time and the doors were still locked. I was instructed that the doctor had not arrived yet and they had no clue when she would be there. In the middle of a question I was hung up on. I returned the call to finish asking my question and was rudely told that there was nothing they could do for me since the doctor wasn't yet in. I asked if they would be working me in later that day to which they responded I could call if I liked. I have never seen such unprofessionalism out of any medical facility. Please save yourself some time and call anywhere else. One star isn't low enough. Wish there was an option for zero.
